They offer a range of supports to people across the lifespan who identify as ADHD, formal diagnosis not necessary. Check out their Events page for up to date information about upcoming webinars, support groups, online focus hub, and much more. They also run an online 6-week group called "Understanding and Managing Adult ADHD" or UMAAP, and one for students called UNIMAAP

  • Neurodivergent Insights

Dr Megan Neff is a neurodivergent Clinical Psychologist that writes about neurodivergence and mental health, and has really helpful information about different diagnoses, how they overlap and intersect. I've recently bought a copy of her Autistic Burnout Workbook and Self-care for Autistic People, and will be using these in my therapeutic work with clients.

They have produced a number of workbooks and information sheets about a range of different mental health topics that can be used alongside psychological therapy or independently as self-help material. They're all available for free and tend to come from a cognitive behavioural perspective.
