Attendance and Cancellations

My goal is to provide a quality service to all clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations have an impact on the service you receive, and also on other clients waiting to access the service.

 Attendance policy

Your time is important, and your punctuality is appreciated. If you are running late, please contact me to let me know. If you have not arrived within 15 minutes of the appointment time and have not contacted me, I will assume that this is a no-show.

I endeavour to start appointments on time, and will discuss arrangements with you if I am unable to start on time for any reason.

 Cancellation policy

I understand that there may be a need to cancel or reschedule appointments from time to time. I ask that you give as much notice as possible if you will be unable to attend a booked appointment. If I am unable to attend a booked appointment, I will give you as much notice as possible.

  • For cancellations with more than 1 working day notice, there will be no charge.

  • For cancellations with less than 1 working day notice (late cancellation), you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.

  • For appointments that are not attended (no-shows), you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.

 How to cancel your appointment

If you know that you will be unable to attend a planned appointment, please contact me via e-mail (drsharonkeane@pm.me). I will respond to your e-mail as soon as possible.

If you have any questions about this policy, do not hesitate to ask.

You will be asked to sign a copy of this policy at your first appointment to show that you have read and understood it.
